How to Place an Order
You may place an order by telephone, call our toll-free number 1-800-498-7071 or send in your order.
Monday - Sunday, 7am - 7pm Eastern time. Place orders online using our shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or paying through PayPal. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button. This will take you to our "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.
At any time you can change, add, or delete your order.
Florida State residents are subject to sales tax on all orders.
When you are done shopping, select payment option in the shopping cart and click "Purchase". Please provide your shipping and billing information. Click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server for your credit card number. Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from PayPal.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
- Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day or at the latest the following day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We ship using the United States Postal Service for orders under $50.00 and UPS signature required for orders over $50.00 unless requested otherwise.
Shipping Rates are Based on the Dollar Amount of Purchase. Orders of $50.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery (unless otherwise requested).

Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 30 days of shipment date. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes. Any opened and partially used products are not returnable or exchangeable.
